Once your account is set up, ordering Omada devices through ProSys is simple.
When ordering, provide the Omada site name (existing one or create a new one).
We’ll use the details from your order to:
- Create the relevant customer site
- Add the devices to the correct site
- Handle the required device info
- Prepare the devices for deployment
So when your equipment arrives, it’s already linked to the right customer and location, ready for the next stage of setup.

self-hosted option,

With self-hosted deployments, devices are added using a device key or device ID rather than the serial number. As this information isn’t available on the outside of the box, it can create an additional manual step.
We work with TP-Link to obtain the required device key / ID in advance, allowing us to configure these devices without your team having to handle the process themselves.
