ProVu will be exhibiting at the Convergence Summit South at Sandown Park, Surrey on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd October.

Yealink training @ UCL on 13th Feb

ProVu and Yealink are running a further handset training day at University College London (UCL) on Wednesday 13th February 2013.

Places are going fast only a few spaces left avaliable!

The course is ideal for technically minded people including sales and support personnel and will give them far greater depth of knowledge across the range of phones. Completing the course will give you Yealink Certified Reseller status and we are also offering a half day sales training by Yealink at your premises completely FREE OF CHARGE.

The course is charged at £150 and each trainee will receive one of the new T32G colour screen phones.

The next ProVu Gigaset PRO (Business Class) VoIP handset training course is being delivered by Gigaset in Bristol on the 24th January 2013.

The course fee is £150.00 ex VAT and you will receive a DX800A FREE of charge (RRP £216.66 ex VAT) when you attend the session.

Once you have completed the course your Company will become a Gigaset PRO Authorised Reseller for the above products. Accordingly your Organisation will be incorporated into the Gigaset PRO partner programme.

Yealink Handset Training Day

Last week, ProVu ran a Yealink handset training course down at the University College London (UCL). Roy from Yealink UK was also present to oversee the course and answer the commercial stuff.

The course is designed to cover the range of Yealink products and give a better technical understanding of the products. Attendees should be able to configure the Yealink phones and perform simple diagnostics to trace problems.

A wide range of topics was covered: ranging from the very basics of setting up a Yealink phone to configuring OpenVPN and discussing Yealink security features, amongst other things.

There was a Yealink goody-bag for people to take away at the end of the day which included a Yealink cup for you to SIP from.
