We are writing to confirm that the snom 370, 821 and 870 will shortly be going end of life.

We are due to receive another shipment of snom 370’s and 821’s so should have stock for a while yet. We aren’t able to obtain further 870’s, so when our remaining stock has gone, it’s gone!

Our recommended replacement is the snom 760, which is competitively priced and offers the following features:

*High-resolution 3.5″ colour display
*Upto 12 SIP accounts
*12 LED function keys
*Full duplex hands-free speaker-phone
*POE Support

The snom 760 is an excellent executive level phone and is ideal for those projects where image and functionality are essential. With a retail price of £200 + VAT and with all the features required for a busy office environment we feel sure the snom 760 will be a best seller.

T19PN vs T21PN

We’ve recently had a few enquiries from resellers about the differences between the Yealink T19PN and the T21PN handsets.

The mains differences are as follows:
*The T19PN has one SIP account. The T21PN has two (it also has easy to use line keys on the side of the display).
*The T21PN has superior HD audio components, the T19PN doesn’t.
*The T21PN has LDAP directory support, the T19PN doesn’t.

Apart from that, and the colour of the LCD support, everything else is the same.
