Welcome to the Team, Joe!

We’re delighted to welcome Joe to ProVu as our new Sales Manager, who joined us last month. With a wealth of experience and a strong track record in the tech market, Joe will play a key role in driving our growth and supporting our partners throughout 2026 and beyond.

To help everyone get to know him a little better, we sat down with Joe to ask a few questions about his background, his first impressions, and what he’s looking forward to most in his new role.

What attracted you to join ProVu?

ProVu specifically attracted me as it was clear to see from the outset that they deliver a service, not just a product. The impotence which is placed on the satisfaction of our partners was noticeable from the first time I stepped through the door.

On a personal level, after spending the last 4 years in the channel tech sales industry, I was keen to move to a business in which I could grow personally and professionally. ProVu has shown acumen in the significant market growth they’ve achieved within the last 18 months – all of which couldn’t have been done without having some of the exceptional individuals they do! Getting the chance to work alongside, and learn from them, was the biggest attraction to working with ProVu.

Can you tell us a bit about your background and experience?

I’ve spent the last 4 years in IT channel sales. I previously worked for one of the UK’s largest sellers of refurbished enterprise server and storage solutions. I began my time there as an account manager but over time focussed my attention into upskilling of sales’ technical knowledge and peer reviewing their technical presentations/solutions/delivery to clients.

What does your role involve, and what will you be focusing on first?

I have joined ProVu as their Sales Operations Manager. My role will focus on strategically working with our clients and sales team to ensure ProVu are a best-in-class Telecoms distributor. I will also be taking on the responsibility of working with our vendors to ensure that we can commercially and technically support our clients.

I want to focus my attention on building relationships with and understanding the business of our clients; what makes them tick. Alongside this, product training, product training and more product training!

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I am a season ticket holder for Liverpool FC. I spend weekends attending matches. I am also an avid live music fan and get myself to as many gigs as possible.

I have a strict ‘’never go anywhere twice’’ policy. My favourite country I’ve been to is Denmark.

Disruption to Deliveries 08/01/2026

Important Shipping Notification: Delays to orders Shipped 08/01/2026

There will be a delay to all orders which were despatched yesterday (Thursday 8th January). This is due to the adverse weather conditions caused by Storm Goretti.

Our courier partners have advised that parcels should arrive at the central hub today, although high parcel volumes and weather conditions at the delivery destination may cause some additional delays.

Can you believe it’s December already? With the festive season fast approaching, we wanted to update you on our opening and shipping times over Christmas and the New Year.

Although our team will be taking a short break, we’ll still be working between Christmas and New Year to ensure your orders are processed and shipped promptly. During this time, we will continue to dispatch orders via APC and DPD, helping you keep your customers happy throughout the festive period.

There will be no APC or DPD deliveries on 25th and 26th December, or 1st January.

With the increase in parcels during the festive season, couriers experience higher volumes than usual. Please keep in mind that delivery times may be longer than normal.

For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend selecting a pre-12:00 service – please contact our team to discuss your requirements.

Giving Back While Connecting: ProVu’s Inspiring Visit to Comms Vision 2025

Last week, we rounded off another fantastic Comms Vision event. For us, it is a key event in our calendar, one filled with thought-provoking conversations, valuable networking, and a commitment to shaping the future of the channel. This year, we wanted to take a different approach with our participation; we wanted to make it about more than just business.

For every meeting we held during the event, we pledged to donate to our chosen local charity, Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice. Thanks to the incredible support and engagement from fellow delegates, we’re proud to have raised £450 for this incredible organisation.

Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice provides specialist care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families across West Yorkshire. Their work makes an immeasurable difference to those facing the toughest of journeys, and we’re honoured to be able to support their mission.

Reflecting on the event, our Managing Director, Justin Carl, shared:
“Comms Vision is always a standout event in our calendar. Everything about it from the venue to the engaging conference agenda and high-quality networking opportunities, it never fails to impress.

“This year, we wanted to add a charitable element to our participation. For every meeting we held, we committed to donating to a local cause. Important Update on Billing

Previously, billing applied only to devices that had contacted our servers in the last three months. Moving forward, all routers on our ACS will be billed unless you request removal. If you no longer require management for a device, simply let us know, and we’ll take care of it.
