You might have seen that we have been making some improvements to our partner portal, ProSys. Well, we have another exciting update to share with our 3CX resellers. We’ve designed a brand new 3CX dashboard streamlining the management and ordering of your 3CX keys.

What’s New with 3CX in ProSys?

Expiration Tracking:

To help you stay on top of things, your 3CX keys can now be listed in order of expiration date. Those due to expire within the next 90 days will appear at the top, ensuring you never miss a renewal.

One-Click Renewals:

Renewing your 3CX keys has never been simpler. Just select a key from the list due for renewal, hit the ‘Renew’ button this will automatically place your renewal in the basket, and we’ll handle the rest. It’s quick, easy, and hassle-free.

Key Builder Improvements:

We’ve streamlined the process of selecting and buying new 3CX keys. No more scrolling through look-a-like part codes. Our new key builder feature in ProSys allows you to pick the exact licence you need, automatically adding the part code to your basket for you.
