The Gigaset C430H has been updated and has changed to the C430HX. The C430HX looks identical to its predecessor and there is no change to the pricing. The only difference between the two models is the C430HX includes Cat IQ 2.0 technology and supports HD voice.

ProSys firmware provisioning
It has always been possible to manage firmware upgrades using our online phone management portal, ProSys. Support staff can do this very quickly by selecting from a drop-down box of available firmware on the portal.
What happens if you want a newer firmware, or just one which isn’t listed in the drop-down (yet!)?
Well, fortunately, it is possible to provide a custom setting in most cases to allow you to select the firmware you wish to provision to a device.
Proceed with caution…
You can use the “Quick entry” to add configuration settings to an individual device.
This allows you to add (key, value) pairs to the provisioning settings, giving you the power to provision firmware directly.

Gigaset SL400H End of Life Notice
The Gigaset SL400H DECT handset is now an end of life product. We predict our current stock levels to last until approximately mid June; when we do run out of stock, there will be no further supplies available.
Whilst there is no direct replacement for this model, we would recommend the Gigaset SL750H which offers a very similar range of features and a comparable trade price. For more information, please see the SL750H webpage.

What are the differences between the Gigaset R630H and R650H?
The R650H is similar to its predecessor, the R630H, but with some new added features:
- HD-Audio
- HD-Voice
- CAT-iq 2.0
- Software update over the air (SUOTA)
- Advanced call list
- PIN-protected key lock
- Ringer off option while in charger
- Charge whilst device is turned off
Gigaset N510IP PRO firmware release
Gigaset have released a new firmware update for the N510IP-PRO DECT base station.
A summary of the most interesting features is:
- Support for new handsets such as R650H-PRO
- Over-the-air software updates for newer PRO handsets (previously this was only ever possible using a USB cable and special software and generally was never carried out)
- Distinctive ringing using Alert-Info headers
- LDAP directory works during a call for easier transfers

Gigaset R630H End of Life Notice
We have received notification from Gigaset that the R630H is now an end of life product. We are due to receive our last shipment of this model this week and expect stock to last until the end of May / beginning of June. We will keep you updated with our expected end of life date as stock clears.
The R630H will be replaced by the R650H which will be very similar to its predecessor, but will also include the following additional features:
- HD voice: Cat-IQ 2.0 improved audio quality
- SUOTA: Software update over the air
- Advanced call lists
- PIN-protected key lock
- Silent charging

Gigaset DE Series End of Life Notice
We would like to inform all ProVu resellers that we have received an end of life notice from Gigaset for their current DE series of IP PRO desk phones. This includes the DE310, DE410, DE700 and DE900 models. We are currently holding stock of these phones and expect to be able to supply these until the end of the year. However, we have been informed that Gigaset’s stock levels are limited, should you have any sizeable demand for these models please let us know.
The replacement models have been confirmed as the Maxwell 3, Maxwell Basic and Maxwell 4; we do not expect to launch these products until at least April 2016.

We have received an end of life notice from Gigaset for the SL610H PRO handset. We currently have limited stocks of this phone remaining; once stock has cleared they will not be replaced.
