Improved accounts information in ProSys

We have made improvements to the way you can access and view your account information on ProSys. As part of our ongoing improvements to the systems and tools we make available for our customers, users are now able to view some key account information on from their online account.

Information available:

  • Credit information including limit, terms and balance
  • Current statement with a list of all outstanding invoices, credits and payments on account
  • List of your invoices for the last 90 days

Login in to ProSys and follow the link ‘Your accounts information’ to view your information.

Securing your account
We understand this information can be sensitive and you may not want all your ProSys users to access this information. Talk to us about who should see this information and to get your accounts team set up with log in details.

Did you know? You are able to pull a list of your invoices and credits for the last 60 days using our Invoice API. This API returns a JSON document and is useful data if you want to integrate directly with your accounting software or if you would like to output the data in your own system.

Yealink W56P End-of-Sale Notice

Following the launch of the new Yealink W60P. Yealink have made the decision to no longer hold stock of the W56P, therefore we are now unable to supply this model. However, we believe the W60P offers you a great alternative, with new, more advanced features for your customers to benefit from.

Supplied as a package, the W60P comes with a W56H handset which offers up to 30 hours talk-time and up to 400 hours stand-by time. To expand your system further, you have the option to add additional W56H or W52H handsets.

New Lower APC Shipping Prices!

ProVu customers can now enjoy a new lower shipping charge for APC mainland UK deliveries. Here’s a brief overview of how shipping rates are calculated and an introduction our new pricing, starting from just £4.95!

APC shipping prices are calculated on the size and weight of a consignment. They have two standard sized mailing bags which are referred to as ‘Mail Pack’ and ‘Courier Pack’ – if the despatched items can fit, and weigh under the bag limit they are shipped on this service for which we have some new discounted rates.

Courier pack: Medium, up to 5kg £6.45 £6.95
Box: (There can be multiple boxes per consignment) £8.95 £9.45

RTX 4002P EOL Notice

RTX have discontinued their 4002P DECT repeater, this has now been replaced with the RTX 4022P. The 4022P offers a very similar repeater-to-repeater solution to the old 4002P, with some new additional features.
