Our offices will close at 1pm on Friday 22nd December, but we will be open between Christmas and New Year should you need us. See full details of our opening and shipping times over the festive period.

Why choose Sennheiser?

1) Quality design
For more than 70 years Sennheiser has been producing the highest quality products across all areas of sound recording, transmission and reproduction. This expertise has enabled them to create a wide range of high quality business headsets all of which are designed with the following features in mind:
1: Sound quality
2: Quality build & design
3: User focus (designed for long use and comfort with hearing protection etc)

2) Channel focused
Sennheiser’s route to market is via the Channel, which means pricing remains competitive. Products aren’t sold on websites like eBay or Amazon where for other brands pricing is often much lower than the RRP and makes it difficult for value added resellers to compete with pricing.

3) Reduced competition
Where other headset brands are sold through lots of resellers, Sennheiser has a more selective approach. Through their partner programme, Sennheiser ensure their resellers are knowledgeable and are able to support their products, this allows resellers to supply a more unique and premium product range to the market.

4) Robust and reliable
The exceptional build quality offers the lowest failure ratio among all the headset brands with less than 1% return rate, helping to maintain customer satisfaction.

5) Best-in-class warranty
Sennheiser’s return policy is also best-in-class, all products come with a 2 years (or 3 with the Century series) warranty with 24 hour replacement. The replacement units are brand new and come with the full warranty! Simply raise an RMA and we will sort out the rest.

What are the differences between Polycom’s VVX-0 and VVX-1 models?

You may have noticed Polycom has launched some new VVX models. These models have new names and now end in a ‘1’ instead of a ‘0’, for example, the VVX 301 is the new version of the VVX 300.

With little visual changes, we are putting this blog together to help to explain what’s changed and why.

The new models are the 301, 311, 401, 411, 501, 601 and the old models are the 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 600.

The most notable change is that the new VVX 401 and 411 models now come with a USB port. Other than this the only real changes are an upgrade to the phones’ processor and memory performance.

With the refresh to the VVX portfolio, the updated models offer users investment protection as they have been developed with the active development lifecycle in mind.

There are no plans yet to discontinue the old VVX models, however this is inevitable and eventually, the new VVX models will replace their predecessors.

RTX 4002 ‘End of Life’ Notice

What’s New?

  • 2-colour LED for radio link quality indication
  • New dedicated programming key for easy reset and configuration of repeater
  • One SKU for both Europe and the UK (4022 comes with both power supplies)
