CounterPath “How To” Guides

CounterPath’s Bria Stretto softphone solution is a provisionable version of the Bria 4 and Bria 5 retail client. One of the biggest features of Stretto is that you are able to log in to a cloud based portal and create and manage your clients from there without the need to log in to the clients device and input the configuration there and then.

The following guides below will walk you through the steps of creating a user, downloading the Bria Stretto client and troubleshooting if problems occur.

Uploading Device Logs:

If you are experiencing any technical difficulties whilst using Bria Stretto, you can upload the device logs from your device that will be sent across to CounterPath’s Stretto provisioning portal. The logs can then be downloaded on the portal and analysed.

3CX 15.5 Update 1 (SP1) Final Release

Following our recent announcement of 3CX’s 15.5 Update 1 (SP1) BETA – the release has been extremely well received by the 3CX community. Having received your feedback and the completion of final testing 3CX has made a small number of fixes and have now confirmed that the final release is available to install.
