Starting from 4th May, we will be hosting monthly virtual drop-in sessions. In the first session, we will be discussing the recent changes made to 3CX’s free licence and what these changes mean for you and your customers. In this short 15-minute session, our Senior Technical Sales Executive, Jason Pryke will also be taking your questions, giving you the opportunity to access the answers you are looking for.

Yealink – Obtaining Support Logs

If you contact the support team at ProVu regarding an issue with a Yealink device we might ask for some additional logs from the unit.
