ProVu and Panasonic Host SIP Demonstration Workshop

Earlier this week we teamed up with Panasonic to offer resellers a free SIP Demonstration Workshop.

Resellers were invited to Panasonic’s purpose-built Solutions Centre, in Bracknell where they were introduced to Panasonic’s existing and future SIP range and given the opportunity to get hands on with the products.

The event turned out to be a great success, with over 30 resellers joining us. We would like to thank everyone who joined us – we hope you enjoyed the day!

Panasonic SIP Demonstration Workshop, Tuesday 3rd November

We are teaming up with Panasonic to host a SIP Demonstration Workshop, taking place on Tuesday 3rd November, at Panasonic’s Solutions Centre, in Bracknell.

All attendees will receive a complimentary KX-TGP600 DECT Base and Handset (RRP: £94.00 + VAT) and will have the chance to learn about Panasonic’s existing and upcoming SIP products.

Convergence Summit South 2015

Visit ProVu at the Convergence Summit North 2015

Once again ProVu will be exhibiting at the Convergence Summit North and this time it is being held at the International Centre in Harrogate on 17th and 18th March.

This is a great opportunity to come and meet the ProVu team and view the latest products from snom, Konftel, Gigaset and Sangoma.

On display this year we will be featuring the exciting Gigaset Maxwell 10 tablet phone plus their latest cordless handsets. We will also have the very latest phone designs from snom with their D7 series. Sangoma will also be showcasing their new mini SBC which is designed for small companies and branch offices with call handling from 5 to 16 calls. And for the first time we will be joined by Konftel with their range of conference phones which support SIP.

New Online Sark Training Course

ProVu are pleased to announce the launch of an online training course for Sark PBX resellers and installers.

Online training is a new endeavour for us but we believe it will soon be an important part of our customer support package for the following reasons:

  • there’s no need to resellers to take a day (or more) out of their office
  • it can be completed in your own time over as long a period as you want
  • it is always available as a reference tool, even after completing the courses
  • training materials can be skipped if some parts are too easy or re-read/re-watched if some parts are difficult
  • no need to wait for a scheduled training day – online training is available as soon as you want it
  • no travel expenses!

This training course consists of a series of videos followed by a practical exercise and finally a multiple-choice quiz. There are four sections structured like this in the whole course.

The training is intended for technical support staff, installers and systems integrators. If you are interested in sales training then please get in touch and we’ll organise this for you.

We believe the best way of learning is by doing so this is still very much a practical training course and you will need a SARK200 PBX and some phones just like the on-site training we have held in the past.

We are likely to be running some deals along the lines of free training with purchase of a not-for-resale Sark PBX.

The online training will also be available at no extra cost to anyone who has completed one of our Sark training days in the past. Please email us to gain access.
