We’ve Added a New Date to our 3CX Basic Training Courses

We’ve added an additional date to our 3CX basic training course in April. Following a successful kick start to 2019 with our January basic training course, our 4th April course is now full, but worry not, we have added an extra date on the 3rd April 2019. Register now to reserve your free space!

Both of our April courses will be supported by Snom who will be present at the course to answer any questions you may have about getting up and running with Snom and 3CX. Attendees will also receive a free Snom D712* handset, enabling you to test out 3CX’s functionalities for yourself.

*Please note, free phones are limited to one per company.

Algo 8180 Updates – Benefit from Advanced Features

The Algo 8180 SIP audio alerter has been updated to offer a host of additional features. Compatible with a wide range of hardware from a variety of manufacturers, the 8180 is great in environments that require a loud ringer or tannoy announcements.

New additional features of the 8180 now include:

  • TLS & SRTP (secure SIP signalling and media)
  • SIP over TCP (allows increased packet size over UDP)
  • DNS SRV Record
  • CDP/LLDP automatic VLAN assignment
  • InformaCast support (additional licence required)

Licence Maintenance Renewals

You can now renew your perpetual and annual 3CX licences through ProVu making it even easier for you to streamline your order processing and gain access to our excellent pre and post-sales support.

As with all 3CX licences, renewals can be purchased with a ProVu credit account, giving you more flexibility.

Partner Levels

Traditionally based on quarterly reviews of your annual revenue, partner levels are now assessed every 6 months making it easier for you to forecast your margin and retain your partner status for a longer period of time.

DD10K DECT Dongle

Transform the capabilities of selected Yealink desk phones with the DD10K DECT dongle. Compatible with the T41S, T42S, T56A, T58A and T58V, the dongle enables you to use the T41S/T42S as a DECT phone when used with the W60 base station. Or you can transform the T56A/T58A/T58V into a DECT base station ready to connect with additional DECT handsets.

Meet Yealink’s first wireless DECT conference phone, the CP930W. The new Gigaset N870IP PRO DECT system has arrived! Offering the latest innovative breakthrough in DECT technology, this new system is the definition of a highly scalable solution – we’re certain it’s going to take the multicell DECT market by storm!

What makes it different?

Combining DECT base stations and a DECT manager in one, the N870 removes the need to purchase a seperate DECT manager*, making it a more economical solution.
Each multicell system supports up to 250 handsets, 60 base stations and 60 simultaneous calls.
